The Brief

A classy jazz trio to sup­port a high end after­noon tea post prod­uct launch, demon­stra­tion and tast­ing. Town and Coun­try want­ed to ele­vate their newest joint prod­uct launch with La Rose Noir and give their del­e­gates more than just a nor­mal launch. They want­ed to add the sur­prise of a classy jazz band to enhance the after­noon tea and net­work­ing session.

The Result

From the ini­tial brief to the deliv­ery, the plan need­ed to change and become a lit­tle more involved. Gecko Live’s team pro­vid­ed the ini­tial desires for a a high class jazz trio in the form of Ruby Jazz, and also assist­ed with pro­duc­tion ele­ments includ­ing speech sound sys­tem and wire­less micro­phones, uplight­ing and AV assis­tance. All of this came togeth­er to pro­vide a seam­less event that tran­si­tioned from pre­sen­ta­tion to tast­ing to after­noon tea with enter­tain­ment with­out the need for over­ly com­pli­cat­ed room turn­arounds and extend­ed peri­ods of waiting.
