The Brief

End of year cel­e­bra­tion and awards gala for Vol­vo Europe requir­ing a fan­tas­tic par­ty band for after the awards and gala din­ner work­ing with the events team at Stra­ta Create.

The Result

Col­lab­o­rat­ing with the incred­i­ble team at Stra­ta Cre­ate, we helped deliv­er an unfor­get­table event expe­ri­ence for Vol­vo, where every detail was expert­ly planned and the exe­cu­tion was seam­less from start to finish.

For the evening’s enter­tain­ment, Vol­vo and Stra­ta Cre­ate chose the show-stop­ping Seat­tle Par­ty Band—renowned for their high-ener­gy per­for­mances and mixed sets. We added a live sax­o­phon­ist to the per­former line­up, bring­ing an extra lay­er of excite­ment and wow fac­tor to the party.

The event sched­ule was thought­ful­ly adjust­ed to accom­mo­date the band’s load-in and sound­check require­ments, allow­ing for a smooth and unin­ter­rupt­ed flow through­out the evening.
